I used blue for the dress because it was the only color left. I used purple shoes because they would make a fantastic look on my witch's legs. I used the bows to add more ba-bang to it. If I could change something, I would probably have put feathers on the skirt. I cut out papers and stripped them together to create this artwork. I've decided that I love the way it works even though it's not as I had planned.
