Lily, making mosaics was one of my favorite things to do in art. One year, in 4th grade my entire class made a mosaic out of colored beans. It took up a whole wall. But I was allergic to the spray paint they used to color the beans and I had to go home from school. Then, another time, I made one by myself at home. It was a mosaic of my violin and I used pieces of stone and broken tiles. Now, when I make a mosaic, I use fabric and we call it a "quilt." Yours looks like a pretty stained glass window in a church. It is beautiful.
