I titled this "Pumpkin Patch" because it makes you think of pumpkins. The meduim used is a black pen. I used both dark an light values. The darkest areas have the most stippling such as the stem of the pumpkin an the creases in it. Unlike the lightest areas have the least stippling such as the outer part of the shadows an the bottom of the pumpkin. The art work was successsful because the stippling is evenly balanced out throughout the peice.

To create this piece, I drew 1 orange slice leaned up against another, and then I went back and filled up the space with stippled values throughout the oranges. After I was done adding the values, I added the shadow that the two oranges created. My goal was to create the illusion space with one orange slice leaning on another by adding value by stippling.
