Satisfaction Guarantee & Replacement Policy
Artsonia provides gift merchandise for parents with their own children's artwork as a continuation
of its mission to boost kids' pride in their work and to increase parental involvement in their children's
education and achievements. Each item you order is custom produced one at a time. We want you
to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase,
we will replace the item(s) free of charge subject to the following conditions:
- If you receive a gift item that has the wrong piece of artwork (different than the one you ordered),
is of the wrong size, is broken or defective, Artsonia will replace the item free of charge if notified within two weeks
(14 days) after receipt. Email us at orders@artsonia.com and include the
following information: order number if available (from the packing slip), your name and mailing address, the
screen name of your child, the correct art id # and why you want the product replaced. Please do not
return the product unless we request you to do so.
- Although we take utmost care to achieve the best reproduction quality on all our merchandise,
sometimes your child's artwork that's submitted to us by the school may be of poor image quality
(i.e., low resolution or poor lighting) and may not reproduce well. So before you order, please check
the artwork on the website. We cannot accept return of merchandise that is a faithful reproduction of the
image in our archive and displayed on the website. However, if you feel that the reproduction quality is
poorer than the image on the website, please return the item(s) to Artsonia at the address below and we will
replace the item as soon as possible but no later than four weeks.

- Please make sure the artwork products you order are in fact created by the artist(s) you want. Artsonia
cannot accept returns if someone orders items with a piece of artwork from the wrong child artist.
- Please ensure you have ordered the correct size tshirt prior to finalizing your order. Artsonia cannot accept
returns of tshirts due to incorrect sizing. Call us at 800-869-9974 if you have
any questions during the order process regarding tshirt sizes.
About our Production Process
Most of our custom products (such as mugs, mousepads, and t-shirts) are produced using the latest in dye sublimation technology.
Dye sublimation evaporates the ink dye and deposits it inside the surface of the final product.
Unlike older technologies such as silk screen printing or iron-on transfers, dye sublimation produces
brilliant colors that will not peel or cake.
Some of our products are also produced using professional direct printing technology,
such as greeting cards, notebooks, and stickers.
