Whilst this doesn't please my eye in an aesthetic sense, I can see its merits as a piece of art. My initial focus was on the background as I thought "the moon has lost its shape" - & that felt sad & foreboding. But what I love is that you are seeing potential in random moments, with random objects. Your skills of observation are developing & that will lead to the development of your photographic skills. We'll done. -- Valerie

An interesting concept. My own thinking is that it might have more impact if the photo had been cropped to remove the branches & tree trunk on the left & then more lines run through the finer branches on the right. -- Valerie

The great thing about this photo is that if anyone asked me who I thought had set it up, I'd know it was you. -- Valerie

Luke this is brilliant - I love it! The concept and execution have been well thought out & the choice of backgrounds very interesting--my favourite is the palm tree. I might just have to have the t-shirt! -- Valerie

Great creativity! I think the immediate impact might have been greater if the dragon was larger but well thought out & love the colour. -- Valerie

Good example of how perspective can influence "reality." The title is good considering Tiger is such a sweetheart - I immediately think you mean monstrous in size and not personality. -- Marsha

I love that hand (and who it is attached to). ~Mummy -- Marsha

On viewing this photo I want to shift the hand slightly up to the left so as to fully encircle what appears to be a centre light. Whether the placement is purposeful or not, the desire to engage with the photo is a great result. -- Nani

A really innovative idea & well thought out. Yes, focus could be a bit sharper but on the whole it's really good. With regard to presentation my thinking is that it would have had a greater impact on a plain (but not necessarily smooth) background. And is it Dorr or Door? -- Nani

An excellent use of contrasting light & colour tones. Very clever also to have focus diminish so very slightly from right to left - almost imperceptible at first. Shadowing provides additional interest. You have the makings of a fine photographer. -- Nani

This is a very clever use of perspective & presents a classic optical illusion. That the cat is quite strange looking itself adds great character to the photo. Good work Luke. -- Nani
