Mai Mai, these are the most beautiful Cardinal's! Your artistic talent is blooming and you're already commanding acrylics (or is it tempra???). MaiRiyah, you keep drawing, painting, cutting & pasting because I know you love it so much. The best part is that the artist inside you is learning and growing with each piece you create. I'll introduce you to textile art soon and some other media's and we'll see if you have a knack for that too! (I bet you'll love oil paints and pastels!)

This project gave MaiRiyah the opportunity to further enhance her fine motor skills as well as her cognitive development. It's clear that Mai was able to follow the guidelines that was set forth for this project. Mai was able to use colors and shapes well to express herself. Her interpretation of a cardinal was well demonstated through her painting.It is a beautiful painting. I love it so much that I am going to order from the gallery.
