I had to look twice to notice that it was a drawing and not a real balloon dog. Like the reflections too. Seems to be made out of glass. When I first saw it I thought it might be a microscope photograph of some cells or bacteria in a biology lab.

I just noticed the pencil motif in the drawing. I really liked that. The message, and it's an important one, may be "the power of the pen"! Or does it signify "poison pen"? Can be interpreted either way. Clever use in an arresting image.
