I wonder what was on your mind when you drew this picture? Sports and fruit? Perhaps a memory at the beach too? I do recognize your profile.

This is really a very interesting drawing. There appears to be many different items hidden within the "hat" on the head of Big Bird? The black animal on the bottom right side of the hat is very intriguing. If you look at it in a certain way, it appears to be the "eye" of the bird or animal wearing the hat which actually looks like a cake when you stare at it long enough. Very well done, young lady. You do good work.

Frannie, you do know that way back in time, around the mid 1600's I believe, ancestor's on my mother's mother side, the Ely's, were missionaries to the Ojibway Nation and some actually married. Today they are more commonly known as the Chippewa Nation. They are located in northern Wisconsin and Minnesota. They lived in clans known as "Doodems" and they called their homes wigwams. Their homes didn't look like the traditional teepees. They were more dome shaped. Any way, I sure do like this drawing.

Interesting stuff under that lighthouse. I love lighthouses. They withstand the most powerful storms imaginable and keep on ticking.
