SPECTACULAR! Connor- I love it! My favorite part? there are so many great things about this portrait! I really like how Ray is off center and leaning into the view from the right of the paper, this gives the appearance of him moving to his music. He rocked to the rhythm as he played in real life and I can see him in action in my head as I look at your picture! Great blending of the pastel with the overlay of line too! Keep it up! Connor, I absolutely loved your Laurel Burch-inspired artwork. Very cool. I think its your best ever. Great use of colors and I especially loved his (or her) facial expression. It reminded me of Nikki. Before seeing this, I wasn't even fully aware of the artist Laurel Burch. But your creative artwork piqued my curiousity and inspired me to do some research.
