I chose this shape because I thought it had potential. My designs are really simple. When I finished cutting out my tessellation it looked more like a fish than what I had planned it to be, so I decided to make it a fish then. I started coloring my fish with some of the techniques that I had learned in class. When I was done with my artwork I really liked it I thought it was very calm and cheerful! I like drawing and coloring because I think that with the colors you use or whatever you draw can express your feeling. That's The great thing about art!
