The busyness of this composition keep me looking at it. I wish I could enlarge it so that I could see it well before I add the colored inks. Good job designing this one.

This little bird is well scratched into this black ground. It has a commanding presence.

The strength this bird shows is remarkable. I don't know the bird for sure but I think it is a Hawk.

I know this bird as the American GoldenFinch of New Jersey. It is the State Bird. It is cute and little. I like the technique of scratching the design onto the ground . Well done.

When your tool is perfect your work needs a steady hand and those sharp blacks and whites will show your idea. Wow!

This collection of variety in Artwork done at OPA Art was a major accomplishment for these young artist. They demonstrated variety in accomplishment and technique. Starting with classroom work, Artsonia, ArtClub, a small Digital Camera, the students managed to effect an entire Exhibition in a very advanced way. This work is 8th and 9th grades from OPA. We are proud. We worked under extreme circumstances most of the time but look at the results. Well Done!

I saw this exhibit and was impressed by the level of talent that middle level students should have. It's clear they are preparing for High School and a career.
