It's disappointing when your art doesn't come out the way you envisioned it in your head. Don't give up! Clay can be hard to work with but lots of fun after a lot of practice! I like the metallic look of the background. When I look at it a certain way, it reminds me if the insides of a cell (have you learned about mitochondria and Golgi bodies yet?) yup, my brain is stuck on science again. :P Love, Bethany
