This is such an interesting piece of art you created AND one of my favorites! The unique creatures standing in the water with the beautiful colors in the background remind me of a Florida sunset (I mean the background is like a Florida sunset; minus the colorful long legged birds as they are a little more interesting than the seagulls ..:) xoxo Mom

Alex, Wow! The familiar shapes, and what continues across the patterns, seem to connect the ordinary with the 'unknown'. The way you placed the shapes and your choice of colors, glowing, yet muted against the colorless background, add to the mystery!

I like this picture! Even though I can not see the sun, I feel like it is daylight with the way the sun rays peak through the trees, all the way through to the brighter blue areas of the pond. I also like the contrast of light against the darker shadows of the trees reflected in the pond.
