Dear Danny; You made me cry when I read what you had written. Yes, shelter animals need good and loving homes. People need to spay or neuter their animals so millions do not wind up in shelters. This is a wonderful piece of art. Thank you for speaking out for those who have no voice. I love you, Auntie Shawn -- Shawn

When I saw this I almost started crying because I was so touched. Thank you SO much for creating this just for me. It is so beautiful. -- Shawn

Pegasus or dragon? Does it really matter? No; I like it no matter what it is. Very creative. -- Shawn

This is extremely well done. It really looks professional!! I'll take a shot at calling it a pumpkin (but even if it is not, it is still impressive). -- Shawn

I'm very happy you did not include any animals in your CIRCUS painting. -- Shawn

Beatrix Potter and I hope you have a fun summer. Play outside. Draw, color, paint, or visit an art museum. from Ms. Jadud

Is this PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP?? If so, you have captured it perfectly (especially the fact that all of the trees are leaning to the east. We have some NASTY wind out here!!) -- SHAWN
Posted 14 years ago

Is this FLAT STANLEY? If so, he is probably enjoying that flaming-hot sun (something we have NOT seen much of here lately!). -- Shawn
Posted 14 years ago

Quite a good likeness. I hope you have all your teeth (I couldn't tell). -- SHAWN

PAUL KLEE would be very proud of your work (plus he has that SQUIDWARD nose going there!). -- Shawn

Awesome snake Danny and it looks even nicer in person!
Posted 14 years ago

Danny, thank you SO much for making this. I know you made it JUST for me as you know how much I adore my snakes. This is certainly a beautiful one and much more colorful than my Eastern Milk Snakes. -- Shawn

From Ms. Jadud: Exaggeration is to paint a snake and add legs.

I love the colors on this picture. Another great job Danny!

This is my FAVORITE of all of your pieces of artwork. You know how much I enjoy my snakes (tho I think the one with the red head is a rattlesnake, so I wouldn't be picking that one up...).
Posted 14 years ago

I think this is a dog, and with the spots, maybe a Dalmation. It would make a great addition to anyone's Christmas tree.
Posted 14 years ago

I like the colors on this drawing. It reminds me of a Native American painting.
Posted 15 years ago

So this year you are making your own birthday cake, HUH?? It's quite colorful...
Posted 15 years ago

This painting is very cheerful and makes me smile. This is just what we need in the cold, gray days of November.

As a VEGETARIAN and FRUITETARIAN, I appreciate this very much. It's very lifelike. In fact, it makes me want to grab a snack right now... -- Shawn

Blue is also MY favorite!! Be sure and use a lot of it, it's a happy color.

Another great job Danny. I like the game picture the most.
Posted 15 years ago

I guess this guy won't be doing a touchdown dance in the endzone anytime soon...
Posted 15 years ago

I like the Michigan player getting hit with a lightening bolt. Go Ohio State!
Posted 15 years ago

If that's what you want to be, then go for it. I can just picture you with the Stanley Cup!! BEE all that you can BEE, Danny!

I love your hockey player! You are a great hockey player yourself!
Posted 15 years ago

OK--I thought you were going for another bluebird, but your additional colors have me stumped. I see it has a stripe down its back, so maybe it's a skunkbird...
Posted 15 years ago

I absolutely adore this bird! It is so cute! Nice work Danny!
Posted 15 years ago

Oh this is my favorite of all of yours so far. I just ADORE bluebirds and your colors are so vibrant!! It's quite realistic. -- Shawn

Are you sure this isn't FLAT STANLEY???
Posted 15 years ago

I like the impressionistic quality of the flowers, but why is that horse throwing up in a bush??
Posted 15 years ago

Nice rhino Danny! You are very artistic!
Posted 15 years ago

Is this a Mama and her babies? If so, it's very nice. If not, then I don't know what I'm talking about, but it's nice nonetheless. I have no idea who ERIC CARLE is or why anyone would name a caterpillar after him. In fact, it's absolutely astounding the extent of my ignorance in such matters...I think I'll go read a book.
Posted 15 years ago

Danny - This is a great caterpillar picture. I love all of the colors and the happy look on his face. Nice job!
Posted 15 years ago

This is a very nice snow globe. I also like how you framed it with all of the jingle bells. This is my favorite picture so far.

Nice FISH, Danny, and I like the way you painted the water! Keep up the good work!
Posted 16 years ago

I am so glad Danny that your fish is now in your portfolio. It is a wonderful Rainbow trout!
Posted 16 years ago

My guess would be: Jabba the Hutt mowed down with a steam-roller. In any case, the buzzards are circling... (a remarkable likeness, tho).
Posted 16 years ago

Hi Danny, You have quite an imagination. That is very good. Love the color scheme too. I'm partial to blue-eyed monsters.
