Dear Sydney, What a great picture of a chameleon. Did you ever read the story of "The Mixed-Up Chameleon"? In this story a chameleon visits a zoo and begins to wish it is like the animals it sees. When the chameleon's wishes come true, it becomes so mixed-up it can't even catch a fly anymore. It finally wishes to be itself again and learns that just being yourself is BEST! I hope you can go to the library and get the book to read. This is a funny story. In real life chameleons are lizards. They have very long tongues. Their bodies can turn color. Chameleons are active during the day and sleep at night. They live in trees and bushes. They prefer to live alone rather than in small groups. Most chameleons live in Africa or Madagascar. In captivity, they live about eight years. Chameleons are carnivores. Their diet includes spiders, grasshoppers, crickets, moths, flies caterpillars, and locusts. Well, I like the colors used for your chameleon. Keep drawing. I love you

Welcome to our Big Creek Art Gallery. I hope your family and friends enjoy watching your portfolio grow. The reason we were number one in Ohio for five years and number one in the Nation twice was due to the participation of family and friends joining fan clubs, and leaving comments. This is the support we need to continue our award winning gallery. Have fun! Ms. Jadud
